Attention to all those in need of a stiff absinthe cocktail after work:
Wisdom, a new bar near the Potomac Avenue metro, is serving up a unique brand of art inspired cocktails and potent absinthe spirits. The decor is spartan but chic in what could only be termed as "a hip fall out shelter" complete with unicorn tapestries. It's a great bar for a casual date or a relaxed spot to hang with friends.
Started by a native New Yorker in October, Wisdom is surprising unpretentious and inviting. The perfect addition to the southern end of the hill.
