Yesterday evening, this man and his dog both made eyes at a stranger on North Carolina Ave. SE.

Here's a new one. This woman is trying to meet up with an Eastern Market vendor. She not only posted on Craigslist for him to see, but also so that all the loyal CL readers could help pass along her message. Help this woman out!
