According to WTOP news, police have made 3 arrests in response to the Trinidad shooting spree of this summer. One suspect was arrested several weeks ago while two others were arrested on Tuesday. A fourth suspect is currently jailed in Prince George's County. Let's hope police can finally bring some peace to the Hill's closest neighbors, Trinidad residents. And for all you politicos awaiting the Inauguration with bated, there is possibly more to cheer about. The DC City Council has voted to allow bars to stay open for 24 hours between January 17 and January 21. Now,It's all in the hands of Adrian Fenty who has to sign off on the bill. We have our fingers crossed!
